TalentMeta AI is a product of IKP Global LLC. Employers use it to screen resumes against a job description, conduct voice-based AI interviews, and generate scores and summaries of candidates’ responses. These outputs are decision-support tools. They may contain errors or bias, and they do not make hiring decisions.
Employers who use TalentMeta AI — not IKP Global — decide who to advance, interview, or hire. We require employers to have a person review AI outputs before any adverse decision, and not to rely on AI scores alone.
A growing number of jurisdictions regulate the use of AI in hiring, such as New York City, Illinois, California, and Texas. These laws can require bias audits, notices to candidates, consent for recorded or AI-analyzed interviews, alternative selection processes, or accommodations. They depend on where the job or candidate is located, they differ from place to place, and they change over time. This list is not exhaustive.
Employers are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to their hiring, including:
Our Terms of Service §5 require you to comply with all applicable automated employment decision tool laws. Our Data Processing Agreement governs how we process candidate personal data on your behalf.
IKP Global has not commissioned an independent bias audit of TalentMeta AI. Customers who need an audit for their use of the tool should contact us, and should not use the AI scoring features where an audit is required until one is in place. We will update this section if that status changes.
If you are invited to an AI interview, the privacy notice shown before the interview explains what is collected and how it is used. If you need an accommodation or would like an alternative to an AI interview, contact the employer that invited you before starting. For questions about a hiring decision, contact the employer. To exercise a privacy right, see our Privacy Policy, which explains how to submit a request by email.
